While the basic PADI Open Water Diver course focuses on learning safe diving practices, the main challenge for the PADI Advanced Open Water Diver (AOWD) course is to familiarize yourself with the variety of environments or activities that can be done underwater.
Under the guidance of an instructor, you will improve your skills, expand your knowledge and discover new specialties in diving in Hurghada, Egypt. During 2 to 3 days - 5 specialized dives, you will learn about deep diving (which allows you to dive up to a depth of 30 meters), underwater navigation and much more (e.g. drift diving, night diving, wreck diving, underwater photography and other) according to your own choice. The course is also suitable for children from 15 years of age (Junior AOWD from 12 years of age up to a maximum depth of 21 m).
What you will learn during the PADI Advanced Open Water Diver course:
