Program of the day - INTRO diving in Hurghada
In the morning we will pick you up from your hotel in Hurghada and take you to the diving center where we will select suitable diving equipment for you. Later we will go together on a diving boat to the first coral reef. As we sail to the first dive site, we will discuss how your dive will proceed, introduce you to the basic principles of diving. We will teach you how diving equipment looks and works and how to communicate underwater. The instruction is conducted by a PADI instructor in English. After the theoretical part, we will dive at the reef. Lunch is served after the first dive (around 11:30). Then we change the dive site and dive again. We will come back to the diving center around 16:00, from where we will take you to your hotel. The maximum diving depth is 5 - 6 meters. Minimum age: 10 years or older. Diving requires good health. The dives are led by PADI instructors who take non-certified divers underwater one at a time.
What to take with you on the boat
- towel and swimsuit
- sun cream – it pays to choose creams that are friendly to coral reefs and the environment
- sunglasses, headgear (cap)
